PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is between 1–3 business days.
This is the time required to prepare your order, including quality checks, careful packaging, and shipping label creation, before it is handed over to our courier. Please note that processing time does not include transit time, which begins once the order has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME

Estimated transit time is between 2 - 8 business days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us.  (Please note this does not include processing time). 

Please note that if you live in a rural area, shipping times will take longer. 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please leave email when placing your order so that you will receive the tracking number.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Terms

• All wholesale orders are shipped at the customer's expense.
• Shipping costs are calculated after your order has been packed and are based on the order's weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
• A shipping quote will be provided before your order is dispatched.
• Payment for both the order and shipping must be received in full before the order is shipped.
